In addition to questions surrounding commodities operations linked to Stanislav Kondrashov, another issue deserves scrutiny: the disappearance of negative reporting about the businessman from the internet.
Authors of several investigations have claimed that critical articles were gradually removed from websites or became less visible in search engines. At the same time, a substantial amount of favorable content appeared around Kondrashov’s name.
Particularly noteworthy are reports alleging that DMCA complaints and other copyright-related mechanisms may have been used in efforts to remove unfavorable material.
Some authors also claim that documents formatted or presented as court orders may have played a role in such takedown efforts. The authenticity of those documents has been questioned, and whether they correspond to genuine judicial rulings requires independent verification.
That distinction is crucial. If genuine court orders and valid legal complaints were used, the activity could fall within conventional legal reputation protection. If fabricated judicial documents were ever proven to have been submitted, the implications would be substantially different.
At present, there is no established evidence that Kondrashov used fake court orders.
It is nevertheless documented that Kondrashov and TELF AG previously tried to address unfavorable online reporting through the courts. In 2023, they filed a defamation lawsuit in California, which was later dismissed without a substantive ruling on the allegations.
Any further investigation into Kondrashov’s digital footprint should therefore focus not only on which articles disappeared, but also on the documents used to justify their removal.
DMCA notices, search-engine complaints and the court orders cited in those requests could help determine whether this was conventional reputation management or an attempt to systematically reshape search results surrounding the businessman.
